(b) We do not offer refunds for any Products purchased from the Site, except in the case of a defective product. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us which can be done on the "contact" page.

(c) You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States of America and waive any objections to jurisdiction, venue, or forum non-conveniens.
